Attendance Policy  

Instructors carve time from their schedules based on student's class booking requests. It is important to notify Code Super Powers if your student is unable to attend a class. Otherwise, instructors will be waiting for your student and unable to teach other classes. 

If a student does not arrive within the 15-minute grace period, the student is considered absent and instructors are assigned to other classes.

You may reschedule an open booking at least eight hours before the class begins using the "Manage Booking" link from your confirmation email, or by emailing the support team.   

If notification is not provided via email or by the self-service class scheduler, the missed class is non-refundable. Students may receive one makeup class per month. Makeup classes are available to active subscribers only. We reserve the right to modify policies at any time. 

Privacy Policy 

Photo / Video Release Statement
 

By enrolling in any Code Super Powers (CodeSP) camp or class, you agree that any photo of your child that you have sent us or that we have produced can be used by CodeSP for marketing purposes. Subjects in the photos will be identified by no more than first name and age. To protect your child's privacy, we do not use any other identifiable information.
 

We care about your child’s personal privacy. We have adopted special procedures to protect the privacy of children under age 13 who visit our site in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Agreeing to this Photo / Video Release Statement does not guarantee that your child will appear in our marketing campaigns. We reserve the right to choose the photos we post and to edit descriptions. Activities may be monitored or recorded for training and safety purposes. 

I consent and give permission to CodeSP and those acting under its authority to use the name and likeness of my child including photographs, video footage, and descriptions referred to above, in connection with CodeSP marketing. By enrolling in any CodeSP camp or class, I hereby grant Third Eye Management LLC d/b/a CodeSP, and its assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, and heirs the irrevocable right to use photograph(s), video footage, and descriptions provided by me in all forms and in all media and in all manners, including any composite or distorted representations or edited versions of the same, for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes in connection with the promotion of the CodeSP’s business, products, and/or services.
 

I certify that I am the parent / legal guardian of the minor child named above. I release CodeSP, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, and those acting under its authority and agree to hold them harmless from all claims, actions, demands, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use and publication of the name and use of the likeness or description referred to above and from any claim, action, demand, or liability that may be brought at any time by the above-named minor or by anyone acting on the minor’s behalf for the purpose of enforcing a claim, action, or demand for damages arising from the use of the minor’s name, likeness, photograph, video footage or description. Nothing herein shall be construed to obligate CodeSP to produce, distribute or use any of the rights granted herein. This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of laws provisions thereof. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter, and this agreement cannot be changed except by written agreement executed by the party to be bound. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
